Fullstack Student Final Projects

Capstone projects represent the culmination of a Fullstack student's hard work throughout the immersive program. These final projects are completed over the last 3 weeks on campus and integrate all of the technologies learned over the previous months (and often new ones).

Students work in teams of three to four people to develop impressive web/mobile applications, which serve as a centerpiece of a graduate's coding portfolio. They are presented to companies at Hiring Day during the final week on campus. Check out a selection of recent capstone project videos below.

GitItDone

GitItDone A Git GUI that visualizes git repositories as directed acyclic graphs. Built using Nodegit and SimpleGit to handle git backend, and React Graph Vis to visualize graphs.

tripHub

tripHub is a web app that facilitates collaborative trip planning. Each trip's workspace has a chat, a pin board, and an itinerary. Planning is helped along with a chatbot that is integrated with the Google Places API.

Planetamic

Planetamic is a web version of the popular collaborative board game Pandemic, in which up to four players work together to fight four diseases that are spreading around the world.

Node Lego

Node Lego is a tool that allows software developers and computer science students to visualize data structures including binary search trees, linked lists, stacks, and queues. Users can build and edit these structures by adding or removing nodes, and may signup, login and save their structures to access them at a later time.
